General Provisions
These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between ev999 and its users. ev999 is an online gaming platform that provides cricket betting, live casino, slot games, and other gaming services to users in Bangladesh.
Using the ev999 platform means you agree to all provisions of these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please stop using the platform immediately.
These Terms are written in Bengali and apply to users in Bangladesh. In the event of any dispute, the Bengali version of this document will be considered authoritative.

Eligibility & Registration
2.1 Age Requirement
To open an account and play on the ev999 platform, you must be at least 21 years old. Only those aged 21 or above are eligible to participate on this platform. If proof of age is requested, you must submit a valid ID.
2.2 Registration Requirements
When registering an account, you must:
- Provide accurate and complete personal information
- Create only one account (multiple accounts are strictly prohibited)
- Provide a valid and active mobile number
- Manage the account personally on your own behalf
If false or incomplete information is provided, ev999 reserves the right to suspend or close the account at any time.

Account Management
3.1 Account Security
Keep your account password completely confidential and do not share it with any third party. It is your responsibility to notify the ev999 support team immediately of any unauthorized access to your account. You are personally responsible for all activities carried out from your account.
3.2 Single Account Policy
Each user may hold only one account. If the same person operates multiple accounts, ev999 reserves the right to close all such accounts and forfeit the associated balances.
3.3 Account Closure
If you wish to close your account, please contact the support team. ev999 also has the right to close an account without prior notice in cases of terms violations.

Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Deposit Methods & Limits
Accepted payment methods for deposits at ev999 are: bKash, Nagad and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount via any method is ৳500.
Please note that Rocket is the mobile financial service of Dutch-Bangla Bank. Transactions through these popular mobile payment methods in Bangladesh are processed quickly and securely.
4.2 Withdrawal Rules
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.
The following conditions apply for withdrawals:
- Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit
- Account verification must be completed
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the bonus wagering requirement has been met (see Section 5 for details)
- ev999 reserves the right to place a withdrawal on hold and request additional verification if fraud is suspected
4.3 Transaction Security
ev999 uses SSL encryption technology to secure all financial transactions. Users' financial information is never shared with third parties.

Bonuses & Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will give a ৳1,200 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,200.
5.2 Wagering Requirement
To make bonus funds withdrawable, you must wager 25 times the bonus amount (not the deposit amount, only the bonus). For example, a ৳1,200 bonus × 25 = a total of ৳30,000 in wagers must be placed before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.
5.3 General Bonus Rules
- A bonus can only be claimed once (on the first deposit)
- Multiple bonuses cannot be applied simultaneously unless specifically stated
- ev999 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel bonus offers at any time
- If bonus abuse is suspected, ev999 may cancel the bonus
- ev999's decision is final in all bonus-related disputes

Gaming Rules
6.1 Fair Play Policy
ev999 believes in fair play. All games are operated using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures complete impartiality in outcomes.
6.2 Sports Betting
Betting services for cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports are available at ev999. The odds and conditions applicable at the time of placing a bet will be as displayed at that time. If a match is cancelled or postponed, ev999's own rules will be followed.
6.3 Technical Issues
If a game is interrupted mid-round due to technical reasons, ev999 reserves the right to declare that round void and return the wagered amount. ev999 is not liable for any loss resulting from internet disconnection.

Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ev999 platform:
- Creating or operating multiple accounts
- Creating an account using another person's identity or information
- Exploiting the bonus system to gain an unfair advantage
- Participating in or facilitating match fixing or manipulation
- Using hacking, viruses, or any other harmful software
- Using automated bots or scripts to play games
- Harassing or threatening other users
- Conducting money laundering or any other illegal financial activity
- Playing games or managing an account on behalf of a minor

Limitation of Liability
ev999 bears no liability for the following:
- Loss during any game or betting session due to internet disconnection
- Technical issues caused by third parties
- Leakage of a user's password or account information due to their own negligence
- Any situation beyond ev999's control (force majeure)
In any circumstance, ev999's maximum liability will be limited to the amount of the transaction in question.
